Geschichte des Cubata<\/h2>\n

Wann derr Cubata das erste mal in der Geschichte auftaucht ist nicht gewiss. Er wird immer als der „gro\u00dfe Bruder“ des Cuba Libre genannt, das gilt aber nur f\u00fcr den verwendeten RUM. Im Cubata wird eben braunem RUM (allgemein also „hochwertigerer“ RUM) verwendet. Aber auch hier sei direkt angemerkt, dass es nat\u00fcrlich Qualit\u00e4tsunterschiede zwischen „wei\u00dfem RUM“ und „braunem RUM“ gibt. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass der eine „minderwertig“ und der andere „hochwertiger“ ist. Es ist eben ein anderer RUM. Wir sind aber in den einzelnen Artikeln darauf eingegangen.<\/p>\n

Der Coktail: Cubata<\/h2>\n

Der „Cubata“ ist wie sein „kleiner Bruder“ ein puristischer Cocktail. Eigentlich genauer ein Long-Drink aber wir haben uns darauf geeinigt immer von „Cocktails“ zu sprechen. Ein guter brauner RUM, frische Limetten und eine Handvoll Eis. Durch die lange Reifung des braunen RUMs wird der Geschmack des Cocktails ganz anders, als der Cuba Libre. Der Eigengeschmack des RUMs tritt deutlicher hervor. Dadurch verliert er das „spritzige“, „frische“ des Cuba Libre und gewinnt den „runden“ Geschmack des Cubata.

Das perfekte Cubata Rezept<\/h2>\n

Wann ist ein Rezept perfekt? Das wird sicherlich keiner sagen k\u00f6nnen, denn ein Cocktail hat ja viel mit Geschmack und Geschm\u00e4cker zu tun und die sind bekanntlich verschieden.
\nIch pers\u00f6nlich finde den Cuba Libre viel besser und trinke den braunen RUM lieber pur oder auf Eis.<\/p>\n
